He is survived by: his sons, Calvin Whitworth III of Butcher Pen, James Whitworth (Danielle) of Norman and Charlie Whitworth (Crystal Osborn) of Butcher Pen; his siblings, Stanley Whitworth of Wilson, Anita Whitworth of Tishomingo and Sandra Biggs of Wilson; his grandchildren, Lee, Ember, Colette, Christopher, Joshua, Justice and Braelyn; and his great grandchild Lux.
