He is survived by: his sons, Charles Garrett (Vicki) of Lake Jackson, TX and Elvin Garrett (Robin) of Kemp, OK; his grandchildren, Brian Garrett (Sunnye) of Henderson, NV, Maggie Tomasini (Ryan) of San Antonio, TX, David Garrett of Kemp, OK, Adam Garrett of Kemp, OK and Emily Willis (Tyler) of Kemp, OK; his great grandchildren, Grayson, Max, Saylor Garrett, Lilly and Lane Tomasini; and his half-sisters, Marla Kelsey, Teresa Scoggins, LaDonna Garrett, Rhonda Anthony, Sondra Yelvington and Angela Kissie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
