She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Powell and Lucille Powell; her son Jeff Markley; and her grandson Isaac Markley. She is survived by: her husband Matt; her son Ray Markley; her granddaughters, Malinda, Kathryn Markley and Hannah McNeelis; her great grandchild James McNeelis; and her sisters, Jane Shouse (Johnny) and Mary Henry.
Sarah was a dog lover and did charity work for the Sapulpa Pet Aid and Animal Shelter.
