He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Toby Causby of Chicago and Topper Causby (Melissa) of Sapulpa; his grandchildren, Meghan Barrett (Blake) and Makenzie Causby; his daughter Lisa Spoon of Mesquite; and his grandchild Briar Spoon.
