He is survived by: his wife Patsy Hollingshad; his daughter Tiffany Beem (Eddie) of Kellyville; his grandchildren, Carson Beem, Eden Beem and Cole Cargill; and his siblings, Johnny Hollingshad and Aloha Duncan.
