He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Jacobs (Proctor) and George Proctor; his wife Poletta of Kellyville; his stepchildren, Jimmie Guffey of Kellyville, Dalton Skinner of Stillwater, Ray Kuhlenschmidt of Tulsa, Ryan Kuhlenschmidt of Tulsa, Audryanna Alexander of Kellyville and Robby Kuhlenschmidt of Tulsa; his siblings, Hugh Proctor of Odessa, Missouri and Stacey Newman; his brother-in-law Ken of Springhill; his brother Tim Proctor (Glenda) of Independence, Missouri.; and his grandchildren, Gatlin, Zayne, Reign, Delilah and Ezekiel. He is also survived by his 5 nieces and 8 nephews.
