She is survived by: her husband Don Stephens; her son Jerry Don Jr. (Tabitha Stephens); her grandchildren, Harley, Hunter, Hailey and Hudson Winfield; and her sisters, Shirley (Gary McFarland), Beverly Templeton and Annette Teague. She is also survived by her family and friends.
