She is survived by: her sister Peggy Phillips Cooper of Tahlequah, Oklahoma.; her husband James Luther Belding; her children, Phyllis Jean Belding Rhoden and Allen James Belding; her grandchildren, Joel Dobbins (Deanna), Mary Elizabeth Dobbins Lashley, Steven "AJ" Rhoden, Tyler Allen Belding (Audrey) and Trey Austin Belding; her great grandchildren, Shelby Lynn Dobbins Coon (Kendall), Summer Mariah Dobbins, Anna Lashley, Elizabeth Lashley, Brianna Lashley, Calvin Belding and Maverick Coon; her close friends, Carla Tinsley and Marcheta Carter; and her friend Maggie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
