He is survived by: his children, Luke, Lyndsay and Nicholas Schultz; his parents, Gwen (Roger Chucalate) and Mike (Carolyn Schultz); his sister Stephanie (Craig Harding); and his stepsiblings, Kelly (Amber Gile), Philip (Kendra Chuculate) and Christy (Doug Whisenhunt). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
