He is survived by: his significant other Sara Whittenton; his son Scott Campbell; his daughter-in-law Michelle; his daughter Becky Miller; his son-in-law Jeff; his grandsons, Joey Campbell, Casey Campbell (Laura) and Isaac Miller (Karla); his great grandchildren, Mason and George Campbell; and his close friends, Michael Arnold, R. K. Lyon and Donny Roberson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
This solid doctrinal foundation is the source of the supernatural, overabundance of happiness and peace that David experienced the final month of his life.
