It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Charles Johnson of Kellyville, Oklahoma, born in Inglewood, California, who passed away on March 23, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Johnson and Marjorie Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Linn Johnson; his children, Steven Johnson, Michael Johnson, David C. Johnson II, Cynthia Chotinikorn (Trophy Mae), Dana Elliot, Kristie Blaylock and Amanda Campbell (The Kid); his brothers, Steve Johnson and Greg Johnson; and his close friend Kevin Campbell. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
