He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion Harlan and Betty Harlan; his wife Paula Harlan of Kellyville; his sister-in-law Robin Felix-Whitehouse; his daughters, Jennifer Harlan of Florida, April Harlan of Sapulpa and Starla Plum; his son-in-law Josh Plum of Bristow; his son Timothy Taber (Sonny); his daughter-in-law Heather Williams of Kellyville; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Farries (Buba) of Shawnee, Emiley, Mya Taber of Sapulpa, Sadie Taber of Kellyville, Braden, Colton Plum of Bristow, Kayla, Tay Harlan of Florida, Alanee Harlan, Shelby and Samantha Harlan of Sapulpa; and his siblings, Donny Harlan, Diane Frye, Mary Jane Harlan and Mindy Kiefer.
