He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his daughter Anita Mizell of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Heather Taylor, Andrew Walker of Kellyville, Maranda Ward (Christopher) of Sapulpa and Sarah Hubbard of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Shyann Taylor, Christopher Taylor and Haylee Ward; and his cousin Lorene Clifton of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
