He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bee and Bessie Rardin Foley; his son Larry Duane Foley; and his siblings, David Bee Foley Jr., Buddy Foley, Paula Jane Gallier and Bobbie Ruth East.
He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Rae Foley (Broom); his children, Wayne Foley Jr. (Paula) of Kellyville, Karen Reed (Gary) of Duncan and Sherry Swanson (David) of Eucha; his daughter-in-law Teresa Foley; his grandchildren, Cecil James Foley (Holly), Alesha Spoon (Andy), Andrew Joseph Foley, John Hahn (Brooke), Lindsey Shelton, Todd Shelton (Candice), Kimberly Shelton, Raymond Swanson (Kim), Chandra Swanson, Aubree Drake, Keryl Mason (Rick) and Patrick Foley (Tabatha); and his sister Vivian Aline Shook. He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren.
