He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Leroy and Anita Vee Russell (Lowery); and his brother Billy Russell. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Susy Smith of Blackwell, OK and Raymond D. Russell, Jr. of Kaw City, OK; and his grandchildren, Samantha Smith, Tanner Smith, Chase Russell, Chance Russell, Sarah Smith, Cady Smith and Chelsy Russell. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
