He is survived by: his stepson Lee Fesler; his granddaughters, Laurie and Ashley; his significant other Brenda Fesler; his sister Evelyn Roton of Florida; his children, Jerry Welch (Laura) of Guthrie, Terry Welch of Guthrie and Brenda Welch of Mulhall, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Makayla Jacobs (Levi) of Edmond, Jared, Trevor Welch of Guthrie, Emily Welch of Shawnee and Kelby Vail of Muhall; his great grandchildren, Aaliayh Arkeketa, Sofie Sanchez of Blackwell, Treyton, Timberly of Ponca City, Boone, Miller and Maddox Jacobs of Edmond; his niece Teresa; and his nephew James Brown of Edmond. He is also survived by numerous other family members and great friends.
