He is survived by: his wife Lucy Dupree; his children, Courtney Stombock (Brad), Barrett, Emmett of Atlanta, Georgia and Fletcher Lewis (Emily) of San Diego; his siblings, Rebecca Lewis of Barcelona, Spain and Randy Lewis of Crystal River, Florida; and his friends, Vicki Reese and Brian Hartley of Astoria.
