She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Wheatley and Lorene Wheatley. She is survived by: her husband John Stanfield of Edmond, Oklahoma; her daughters, Krista Johnson (Michael Johnson) of Edmond, Oklahoma and Kara Milligan (Joshua Milligan) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her brother Raymond Wheatley (Sara Wheatley) of Stillwater, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Laura Johnson, Becca Johnson, Caleb Milligan, Abigail Johnson, Rachel Milligan, Daniel Milligan and Grace Milligan.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation and to Oklahoma Children's Hospital in Martha's name.
