He is survived by: his wife Joann Conner; his children, Greg Blair of Kansas, Tamhra Brown (David) of Kansas and John Blair (Trisha) of Mountain Home, Arkansas; and his siblings, George Blair (Jackie) of Catoosa, Oklahoma, Valetta Weber of Salida and Diana Garman of Flint Creek, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren;3 great grandchildren.
