He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Siegrist and Victoria Siegrist (Skupien). He is survived by: his children, Kelly Farrow (Jim) of Henryetta and Jackie Siegrist, Jr. of Holdenville; his grandchildren, Dustin Crabtree (Kelsey) of Henryetta and Brooklyn Siegrist of Holdenville; his great grandchild Tatum Crabtree of Henryetta; and his sisters, Ola Nell Harrison of St Helens, Jo Lynn Ritter of Henryetta, Alberta Moore of Henryetta and Anna Moore (David) of Bristow. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
