He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edgar Harp and Ollie Belle Harp (Kelley); his wife Sylvia Mae Harp; and his siblings, Edgar Franklin Harp, Virgil Paul Harp, Letha Belle Zerr and Ruby Evelyn Spohn.
He is survived by: his children, Debby Webster (Bobby) of Kansas, Kelsey Reed (Nelson) of Gentry, Arkansas and Terry Harp (Betty) of Kansas, Oklahoma; his sister Ella Mae Maloney of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Sarina Carroll, James Webster, Zach Webster, Amber Wright, Tara Dale, Jesse Harp, Ariel Rios, Jordan Reed, Kobe Reed, Olivia Reed and Boone Reed. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
