He is survived by: his wife Wilma Faye Allen (Hurt); his children, Freddie Allen of Maud, OK and Debbie Howard of Lakin, KS; his grandchildren, Misty Allen of Edmond, OK, Jared Allen of Hayes, KS, Christina Allen of Sayre, OK, Donna Moxley of Seligman, MO and Steven Howard of Lakin, KS; his great grandchildren, Riley Wynn, Katerina Howard, Chrissy Howard, Gabriel Moxley, Chele Howard and Nancy Faye Howard; his great great grandchildren, Kianna Smith, Sawyer Wynn and Lainey Wynn; and his siblings-in-law, Katherine Hayes, Linda Snead, Geraldene Loudermilk, Billie Robinson and Gerald Hurt.
