He is survived by: his daughters, Shanda Duncan (Damon) of Kansas, Amanda Hollenback (Brad) of Kansas and Takara Vaughan of Kansas, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Dylan Duncan, Devin Duncan, Daegan Duncan, Samantha Fanning, Zachary Hollenback, Jeffrey Hollenback and Drayden Hollenback; his great grandchild Dawson Duncan; his nephews, Noah Adams and Christopher Adams; his great-nephew Hayden Adams; and his great-niece Mila Adams. He is also survived by his dogs and cats.
