He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Garcia and Dominga Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Frankie Helen; his son Tony Ray (Michelle Garcia) of Jones, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Melanie (Coleby Lauerman) of McAlester, Oklahoma, Matthew (Holli Garcia) of New Braunfels, Texas, Blake Beauchamp of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Jennifer Angle of Jones, Oklahoma.; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Braeleigh, Reid and Brody; his siblings, Josephine (Lawrence Walker), Raymond (JB), Irene (Earl Coker), Johnny (Loyce Garcia), Adolfo (Reba Garcia), Albert Garcia and Francis (John Martinez); his sisters-in-law, Beverly (Gilbert Maxey) and Sharon (Powell Manion); his mother-in-law Helen Vinyard; and his sisters, Lupe Louise Garcia, Rosie Stone and Helen Downing. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
