She was predeceased by: her husband William Larkin West; her brothers, Cecil, Jerry and Forrest; and her son Larry.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Stephens (Chuck) of Oklahoma City, OK, Dale West (Debra) of Villa Grove, IL and Deborah Ortman (Dan) of Chicago; her brother Morris Hugghins of Oklahoma City, OK; and her grandchildren, Kenneth West, Jennifer Prough, Leslie Wilkerson, Jeremy Ortman, Jessica West, Gene Stephens, Samantha Ortman and Adrian Martin. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
