He is survived by: his wife Naomi Lee Horton; his children, Tamra Youtsey Colpitt (Hal Colpitt) of Mannford, David Youtsey (Lisa Youtsey) of Oilton and Jenny Lester (Brett Lester) of Jennings, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Doris Youtsey of Terlton, Dorothy Youtsey of Mannford and Raymond Youtsey of Cleveland, Oklahoma. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
