He is survived by: his wife Sharon Jeannine Rader; and his children, Cindy Box (Mike) of Jennings, Roxane Luster (Jack) of Oilton, Gary Carter (Rachel Peck) and Carey Carter of Jennings. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
