He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Alvin and Vina Viola Weaver (Fuller); his former wife Hazel; his siblings, Silas, Charles, Kenneth Weaver and Esther Phelps; and his grandsons, David Ballard and Johnny Ballard.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his daughters, Sharon Stubblefield (Randy) of Jennings, Carol Wilson of Jennings and Paulina Kirby (Joey Diaz) of Oilton, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Diane Tillman (Mark) of Glencoe, Bryan Eubanks (Nicole) of Atlanta and Chad Eubanks of Pensacola, Florida; and his siblings, Margaret Lowe and Jimmy Weaver. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
