He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his daughter Amy Meyer (Allen); his stepdaughter Hayley Vann (Kevin); his daughter Betsy Smith (Steve); his grandchildren, Kathryn (Holden), Tatum (Jake), Ben (Makenzie), Brock, Jenna, Beth, Gracie Jane, Jaycie and Jayleigh; his great grandchildren, Dynasti, Derriana, Nyliah, Graham and Callum; and his sister Sara Jane Cantey (Sam).
