It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vell Dean Rayon in Jenks, Oklahoma, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Everett Rayon. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jean Rayon (Brock); his children, DeVon Mohn (Paul) and Donovan Rayon (Sandy); his mother Juanita Rayon; his siblings, Eldon Rayon, Vonda Roat, Lynly Watts and Veleta Stratton; his grandchildren, Charles, Jack, Lillian, Henry, George, Samuel, Michael, Madison, Rebecca, Elliot, Caleb and Abigail; and his great grandchildren, Ellie Morris and Oliver. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
