He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Teller Howe and Lucy Pearl (Copus); his brothers, Samuel Jr. and Royce Sampson (Rena Evelyn); his son Ronald J; and his granddaughter Sabrina.
He is survived by: his son Daniel (Janice); his daughter-in-law Betty; and his grandchildren, Ronald J Jr., Chris, Ronneena Brickell, Jenna James and Stephanie Stephens. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
