He is survived by: his children, Stacey Butterfield (Randy Sullivan) and Rick Ford; his grandchildren, Jorja and Joseph Ford; his sister Pat Heinicke; and his nephews, Kevin Heinicke (Kathy) and David Heinicke (Linda).
