He is survived by: his mother Nancy Thompson; his husband Chris of Jenks; his siblings, Olivia Flores of Tulsa, Matthew Flores of Jenks and Robert Bergen of Rutland; his nephew Quinten Marks of Oklahoma City; his grandmother Carole Willard of Jenks; and his aunt Marcie Bergen (Richard) of Rutland.
