He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Powers and Lucile Powers of Winfield; and his son Jamie Powers of Houston. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Nell Powers; his sister Marilyn McNeish of Winfield, Kansas; his daughters, Lou Ann Davenport (Steve) of Sugar Land, Texas and Cheryl Stillson (Bryan) of Katy, Texas; his daughter-in-law Ann Powers of Houston, Texas; and his grandchildren, Blake Davenport, Matthew Davenport, Rebecca Powers, Melinda Powers, Louie Powers, Luke Stillson, Benjamin Stillson and Caleb Stillson (CJ). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
