She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Jones and Luella Jones. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Byron Hazel and Timothy Hazel; her grandson Christian Price; her daughter Tammy Kiefer (BJ); her grandchildren, Autumn Hazel, Sarah Hazel, Tabitha Hazel, Elizabeth Roe, McKenzie Price, Byron Jones, Terell Hazel and JT Tate; and her great grandchildren, Xander, Serena, Scarlett, Ramona Rae, Chase and Paisley.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Crossroads Church-Jenks (2525 W Main St, Jenks, OK 74037).
