He is survived by: his daughter Kayla Baker (Doug) of Milton, Florida; his wife Tammy Allison of Jenks; his son Jeremy (Anna); his grandchildren, Braxton and Jordan of Glenpool, Oklahoma.; and his siblings, Jolene of Pensacola, Florida, Casey Warren (Dianna) of Wister, Oklahoma, Johnny Warren (Julie) of Wister, Oklahoma and Fred Allison (Kim) of Poteau, Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
