We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2020, at the age of 65, Harold Layton Phillips (Jenks, Oklahoma), born in Wichita Falls, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Phillips (Father) and Beatrice Phillips (Rountree); and his brothers, Ronnie and Tommy Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Phillips of Jenks; his sons, Jeff (Misty Phillips), Cory (Megan Phillips) and Mark (Aimee Phillips); his siblings, Jimmy, John and Donna Phillips; and his nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Brayden, Beckham, Lincoln, Brian and Timothy.
