He is survived by: his children, Brett White (Kathy) of Collinsville, Kim Froese (Ken) of Claremore and Michael White (Shelley) of Owasso; his grandchildren, Stevie Holley (Bryson), Callie Stephenson (Garrett), Lindsey Ward (Jimmie), Lauren Albert (Dana), Logan Froese, Zachary White and Jacob White (Melanie); and his great grandchildren, Jayla Albert, Maverick Ward, Mason Ward, Lennox Ward, Perrie Stephenson, Sunnie Stephenson, Malachi Albert, Tripp Stephenson, Jovi Albert, Henley Holley, Ryker and Rhett Woods.
The family ask that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Park Preschool at 10600 East 96th Street South, Tulsa, OK 74133.
