He is survived by: his wife Ruth Hodges of Tulsa, OK; his children, Michael of Tahlequah, OK, Laura Renell Hodge (Bryan) of Park Hill, OK, Steven (Sonya) of Jenks, OK and Chris (Joeli) of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Ashley Renell Hodges, Taylor Hodge, Evan, Bryce, Ethan, Will, Kade and Christian Hodges; his sister Janice Nivens (Bobby) of Rogers, AR; and his nephews, Jeremy and Andrew Allen.
