He was predeceased by: his parents, Vada Juanita (Eastham) and Jack Earl Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Donna Patterson; his children, Donia Doudican, David Drew Patterson (Karen) and Dionne Kizziar (Tim); his grandchildren, Megan Patterson Cagle (Colter), David "Brady" Patterson, Madeline Kizziar, Dayton Doudican and Caroline Kizziar; and his sisters, Janelle Meeks and Pat Stark. He is also survived by great nieces, nephews.
