He is survived by: his wife Melinda Creekmore; his children, Justin Creekmore (Ashley), Jacob Creekmore (Hanna) and Taylor Creekmore of Tulsa; his parents, Wayne Creekmore and Dolores Creekmore of Tulsa; his siblings, Alan Creekmore of Tulsa and Becky Creekmore Lewis of Glenpool; his mother-in-law Joann Haynes of Jenks; and his siblings-in-law, Leta Bevenue, Allen and Don Hayes. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and long time friends.
