She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Gardner and Ethel Gardner; her son-in-law Kelly Edington; and her great grandchild Jayce Spiegel. She is survived by: her husband Bill Tobey; and her children, Nancy Smith (Mike) of Coweta, OK, Billy Tobey (Paula) of Jenks, OK, Joey Tobey (Karol) of Essex Junction, VT, Danny Tobey of Tulsa, OK, Judy Edington of Jenks, OK, Cindy Stehm (Chris) of Tulsa, OK, Patty Wilson (John) of Vermont and Susie Terry (Kevin) of Jenks, OK. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
