It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yolanda Faye Handley Stevens of Jay, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 11, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles D. Handley. She is survived by: her mother Emma Faye Jackson Handley of Jay, Oklahoma; her daughters, Tiffany Lee Willis of Collinsville and Heather S. Rigdon of Sherman, Texas; her brothers, Steve Handley of Sherman and Scott Handley of Salina, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Chance Pittner, Josh Pittner, Fallon Stevens, Mariah Moncrief, Landon Stevens, Malachi Willis and Erik Willis.
