She was predeceased by: her parents, Claire Lewis and Neomi Lewis (Trease). She is survived by: her husband Steve Bale of Jay, OK; her children, Mellisa Floyd (Jeremy) of Miami, OK, Mandy Mann (Dominic) of Edmond, OK and Steven Bale (Darcie) of Grove; her siblings, Benny Lewis (Jo) of Commerce, OK and Lisa Greninger (Randy) of Miami, OK; and her grandchildren, Seth Barnes, MaKinsie Barnes, Haedyn Bale, Mason Mann, Jasmyn Floyd, Gunnar Bale and Brodie Smith.
