She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin Spurgeon and Pearl Jesse Hensley-Spurgeon; her daughter Tina Lynn McIntosh; her great great grandchild Greyson Williams; and her siblings, Orville, Lloyd, Sylvester Spurgeon and Clella Spurgeon-Beagley.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny McIntosh (Marilyn) of Eucha, OK and Yolanda Schell of Miami, OK; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Snodderly, Cyiara Harvey, Wyatt Harvey, Dalton Scheel, Mary Howard, Montie Armer and Ray Armer; her great grandchildren, Seth Williams, Billy Williams, Gabe Howard, Cameron Armer, Caleb Armer, Bubba J. Armer and Addilynn Williams; and her close friend Vicki Herrin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
