She is survived by: her parents, Orval Frazier and Peggy Frazier of Jay, OK; her daughter Andrea Warren; her husband Andy Warren of Jay, OK; and her brothers, Richard Frazier (Genita) of Jay, OK and Rusty Frazier (Kim) of Grove, OK. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, her 2 dogs, extended family and friends.
