He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Sr. and Evelyn Howard. He is survived by: his brother-in-law David; his siblings, Jimmy Howard (Johna) of Grove, OK, Leroy Dubois of Glenpool, OK, Joe Dubois of Wyandotte, OK and Caroline Robitailoe (David) of Wyandotte, OK; and his nieces, Janene Ward (John) of Grove, OK, Nickole Mahurin, Fiance and Chris Harkins of Miami, OK. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
