He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Howard and Ina Mae Overton (Bowen). He is survived by: his wife Julie Overton (Devine); his sons, CJ Williams (Carie) and Teddie Warner; his brothers, Randy Overton (Nancy) and Brian Horseman (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Hadlie Boyles, Gage Pierce, Gabriella Miller, Hope Smiley and Ethan Smiley.
