He was predeceased by: his parents, George Blackwood and Alice "Babe" Blackwood (Scraper); and his siblings, Raymond Blackwood, Eugene Blackwood, Douglas Blackwood, Emmit Blackwood, Cecil Blackwood, Maegene McCarty, Emma Watson and Lana Sue Hawkins.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie Ann Blackwood (Roberts); his children, Quannah Blackwood Jr. of Salina, Joel Blackwood (Laura) of Claremore, Rick Crawford (Rhonda) of Stillwater, Rodney Crawford of Jay, Ronald Crawford (Jera) of Jay, Robin Thompson (Calvin) of Moore and Dawn Janzen of Grove; and his sister Patricia Lindsey.
