Patricia Eileen Perdue Obituary

Patricia Eileen Perdue, age 69, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, March 6, 2025 in Pryor, OK. She was born in Akron, Ohio on October 13, 1955 to Wendell and Thelma Thomas.

Pat grew up on a farm. She had a love for animals and later had a farm of her own. She worked very hard to get through nursing school and raise her 4 children. She was in the nursing field for over 35 years and loved her patients and her co-workers very much. They called her Momma Pat. Family has always been very important to her whether it be blood or her chosen family. She was a godly woman and her faith was strong. She never met a stranger and could make you feel at home just being with her. Last year, she went into business with her son Jerry. PJ's Lounge was her dream. She enjoyed going to the bar after work and went as often as she could. She had a special place in her heart for the new family she made there. She loved going to the Casino, especially with her sisters, sons, and grandchildren. Pat loved to play cards, and it was a standing tradition to play anytime family gathered. Her heart was full of love for so many and the loss of Momma Pat is greatly felt.

Pat is proceeded in death by her parents Wendell & Thelma Thomas of Ohio; husband Preston Perdue of Rose OK; sister Sue and husband Ronnie Jenkins of Wagoner OK; brother-in-law Albert Jones of Wagoner OK, and granddaughter Julia Jenkins of Porter OK.

Pat is survived by her brother Johnnie & wife Kathy Thomas of Norton, Ohio; sisters Linda Lane of High Point North Carolina, Nancy and husband Burns Mullins of Porter, OK, and Judith Jones of Broken Arrow, OK, her honorary sister Jodi Coatney of Owasso, OK and Jennifer Mayfield of Owasso, OK; the father of her children, Jerry Jenkins Senior of Porter, OK; her children Tammy Orrick of Tulsa, OK, Timmy Jenkins and wife Laura of Depew, OK, Tommy Jenkins and girlfriend Chrissy of Rose, OK, and Jerry Jenkins and wife Vanessa of Porter, OK; 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren with 1 on the way; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and her extended family.

Pat's Celebration of Life. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, 1:00pm, March 12, 2025 at Lawson's Funeral Homes Chapel, 311 W. Gray St., Jay, OK 74346 with Chaplain Debi Olive officiating. Followed by her funeral procession to Jumper Cemetery, Jay, OK.

Pat's burial will be at Jumper Cemetery in Jay, OK.
